I said to my friend over the weekend if I gain my Prince 2 Qualification I will embark on baking a cake as I have never tried to before. @zizzigoddess sent me a over this gorgeous Carrot Cake recipe from Jamie Oliver so I will have a go I PASSED!!!!!
